First I would like to point out that this  has  nothing  to  do  with
U-Boot. You are off topic on this mailing list.

mount -t i9660 ppc-2006-01-11_freescale.iso /mnt/tmp -o loop

i changed dir /mnt/  given command as ./install -d /isoeldk ppc_74xx it gives
error ./ppc_74xx/RPMS/kernel-headers-ppc_74xx-2.6.15-1.ppc.rpm not an rpm
package (or package manifest):Input/output error

You seem to have absolutely no knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems.
Do you _really_ think an embedded Linux system is the best way
to start? If you don't know how to mount file systems, how will
you be able to create the filesystem layout for your target and
do some debugging?
