Enable FIT support for AM57xx platforms using the high-security (HS)
device variant.

This patch is based on the the patch series [1] by Lokesh. Although
there is currently only 1 device supported by this defconfig the
SPL FIT support is needed in preparation for our upcoming secure
boot related patch series (which is actually the same reasoning
that applies to the AM437x HS-device related patch by Madan [2]).
