[PATCH] mx53loco: Select CONFIG_CMD_EXT4

Select the CONFIG_CMD_EXT4 option so that files can be loaded
from an ext4 partition.

Debian has been carrying this patch since 2014; thanks for submitting
upstream!

Unfortunately, I do not know if anyone is actively using it. It still
builds, at least.

I think some debian ifrastructure was/is using mx53loco boards, though
no idea what u-boot was used on them.
