IIUC, there are now two V4 of this series, with different histories:

and

http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/326564/

The latter (to which I am answering) should have been V5 as it answers
change requests done on the "first V4", and should have history
including the V4 entries of the "first V4" and V5 entries too.

Please re-send as proper V5 (making sure it still builds on current ARM
ToT, just in case).
