Its the SPL malloc area, so you need to change a different value:

Please try to increase this value via Kconfig:

CONFIG_SPL_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN

On GARNEDA its currently this:
CONFIG_SPL_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN=0x40000
