[PATCH v2 0/8] Add support for ubi environment to create volumes

This patch series expose more ubi helpers to allow the ubi environment to
create ubi env volumes if not exist.

Changes:
v2: Add const qualifier for char */void * in function parameters
    Adjust normal command message
