I want to use the internal flash , with the U-Boot Loader inside, on my
M5235EVB Demo Board as a MTD Device.
What do I have to do ?

Wilfried,
5235 does not have internal flash.
Alternative, you can use FlexBus-NAND, Or SPI-MMC.
