Hello Sir,
We are trying to boot pRamdisk on serial console ttyS2, but we are finding that the booting is stopping after
Freeing unused kernel memory: 284k init
Please suggest us what could be wrong?

You probably configured a wrong console port in Linux. [But this is
off topic here on the U-Boot mailing list.]
