Plz help me.. I have loading kernel linux from ram but 
u-boot freeze.. This bug u-boot or my?
  
PROBLEMS:
SX1# iminfo

But u-boot put on console next output strings before 
loading kernel Linux: Load Address: , Entry Point, 
Verifying Checksum ... OK

But SX1 freeze before this strings...

I not have JTAG :-(

Probably your load address is wrong, so you  overwrite  some  things?
Sorry, I don't remember the SX1 details.

Is this really a Siemens SX1 mobile phoe you are dealing with?

Right. You need the so-called "wing-board" version of the  SX1  which
has some additional connectors ;-)
