[PATCH] fallocate: add FALLOC_FL_ZERO_RANGE support

Recent Linux kernel supports FALLOC_FL_ZERO_RANGE in fallocate(2).
This patch adds FALLOC_FL_ZERO_RANGE support to fallocate utility,
by introducing a new option -z|--zero-range.
