Disable NEEDS_CSUM or calculate fully checksummed packets to fully 
checksummed packets (how this is done does not matter).
The driver will only receive two types of packets: CHECKSUM_NONE and 
DATA_VALID (CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY).
