SUBMISSION AND DECISION

You may submit your paper online using OpenConf P= eer Review & Conference Management System .
Submitted papers (= until 8-page limit) must comply with the formatting rules for Proceedings i= n Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series (see Instructions for = Authors at Springer Website or the requested format (download a DOC example) and be written in English, must not have been pub= lished before, not be under review for any other conference or publication = and not include any information leading to the authors’ identificatio= n. Therefore, the authors’ names, affiliations and bibliographic refe= rences should not be included in the version for evaluation by the Scientif= ic Committee. This information should only be included in the camera-ready = version, saved in Word and also in PDF format.

All papers will be subjected to a “double-blind review” = by at least two Scientific Committee members. The «blind» revie= w means that the authors’ names, affiliations and bibliographic refer= ences should not be included in the version for evaluation by the Scientifi= c Committee or/and Reviewers. This information should only be included in t= he camera-ready version, saved in Word and/or in PDF format. Based on Scien= tific Committee evaluation, a paper can be rejected or accepted by the Conf= erence Chairs.

Each accepted paper might be presented in the appropriate thematic s= ession of narrow specialization. In the later case, it can be accepted as p= aper or poster.
