It's very long anyway, so let's make it the full
VIRTIO_NET_F_CTRL_GUEST_OFFLOADS to match the command name.

Looks good. Better to replace ctrl_gst_offld by ctrl_guest_offloads.
Also need to patch hw/pc.h with compat macros so that
the feature is disabled for old machine types.
