Looks like you are adding this to all transports.
In that case you have to actually patch all transports
not just mmio and pci.

Although this patch is not large, I think it can be split:

* add VIRTIO_F_NOTIFICATION_DATA
* pci support
* mmio support


This is beneficial to backport.
