Submissions

Prospective authors are encouraged to su= bmit papers for evaluation by the Program Committee of each workshop. = All papers must follow the formatting rules for Proceedings in Advance= s in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series (see In= structions for Authors at Springer Website) and be written in Engl= ish.

Submissions must be of one of two types:= Full paper: Finished and consolidated R&D works. These papers are= assigned a 10-page limit and Short paper: Ongoing works with relevant= preliminary results open to discussion. These papers are assigned a 7= -page limit.

All papers will be subjected to a &ldquo= ;double-blind review” by at least two/three members of the Progr= am Committee of the specific workshop. The= version of papers for evaluation by the Program Committee, saved in P= DF format, must not include identification, e-mail and affiliation of = the authors. This information must only be available in the camera-rea= dy version of accepted papers, saved in Word or Latex format and also = in PDF format. These files must be accompanied by the Con= sent to Publish form filled out, in a ZIP file, and uploaded at th= e conference management system.

Full and short papers accepted and regis= tered will be published in Proceedings by Springer, will be submitted = for indexation by ISI, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS and DBLP, among others, an= d will be available in the SpringerLink Digital Library. The authors of the best-selected papers will be invited= to extend them for publication in renowned international journals ind= exed by ISI, SCOPUS and DBLP (see WorldCIST conference website for mor= e details).
