The remaining problem of this patch is that you cannot get the 
generically optimal configuration: qspinlock on baremetal, PV qspinlock 
on KVM/Xen, unfair qspinlock on VMware/Hyper-V.  You really need to 
disable unfair locks in kvm_spinlock_init.
