Subject: [PATCH v5 12/17] xen/arm: initialize grant_table on ARM
Date: Mon, 17 Sep 2012 18:38:58 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1347903543-2135-12-git-send-email-stefano.stabellini@eu.citrix.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <alpine.DEB.2.02.1209171215490.29232-7Z66fg9igcxYtxbxJUhB2Dgeux46jI+i@public.gmane.org>

Initialize the grant table mapping at the address specified at index 0
in the DT under the /xen node.
After the grant table is initialized, call xenbus_probe (if not dom0).

Changes in v2:

- introduce GRANT_TABLE_PHYSADDR;
- remove unneeded initialization of boot_max_nr_grant_frames.
