Subject: [PATCH v3 for-4.5 6/9] xen: arm: handle variable p2m levels in p2m_lookup
Date: Thu, 18 Sep 2014 01:09:52 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1410998995-27449-6-git-send-email-ian.campbell@citrix.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1410998960.1920.2.camel@citrix.com>

This paves the way for boot-time selection of the number of levels to
use in the p2m, which is required to support both 40-bit and 48-bit
systems. For now the starting level remains a compile time constant.

Implemented by turning the linear sequence of lookups into a loop.

v2:
 - pt level vars are unsigned int
 - spell concatenate properly
 - ASSERT() rather than BUG_ON()
