I also subsequently spotted 60229 on qemu-upstream-4.3-testing which I have
killed.

I also observed via flight 60207 on qemu-upstream-4.2-testing that there is
no runtime testing of libvirt in that branch, only build so I removed that
stop file since it isn't going to hit this issue.
