[PATCH OSSTEST 6/6] Switch to Debian 8.0 (jessie) as OS for test hosts

mg-debian-installer-update-all has been run on the production instance
and TftpDiVersion is also updated to match.

The resulting binaries have also been copied to the Cambridge
instance, so update Cambridge config too.
