BTW, Harmandeep, I think I have now applied everything you have submitted.
There were a couple of other stray patches in my QUEUE folder, but they
appeared to be precursors to these patches which had become unthreaded or
to have be otherwise superseded somehow. 

If you think there is something outstanding them please ping me or resend.
