[PATCH 0/8] xen/arm: Fix and clean-up for ACPI and EFI

Hi all,

This patch series contains a bunch of fix and clean-up for ACPI and EFI on
ARM64.

Note that the patch "xen/arm64: Don't zero BSS when booting using EFI" [1] is
required in order to test this series.
