Patch for [Bug 1760] xendomains stop is not called on dom0 reboot on CentOS

Hi,

I've suggested a patch for the mentioned bug. However I am not very 
familiar with Xen development. Would anyone please check that there are 
no unwanted side effects?

So, first post it here on this mailing list. And read this:

then you just add a line saying

	Signed-off-by: Random J Developer <random@developer.example.org>

to the patch.
