Before we go that route, let me ask you to try the latest Linux kernel with
the Xen changes:

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/konrad/xen.git devel/next-2.6.39

The http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenParavirtOps mentions how to compile
and download that tree. Look in 'Downloading the git tree' section.

Lets see how that one works - and if it _does_ work, then it looks like there
some patches that need to be back-ported to 2.6.32 tree.
