Have you tried 'acpi_rsdp=0xbabfe014' instead of 'acpi_rsdp=babfe014'? Do you have the kernel console output from the failed boot with these settings? Also, I don't think 'video=vesa:off vga=normal' options make much sense under EFI and Xen. Greets, Jacek
