I am porting an embedded realtime OS to Xen. This is a reasonably
simple OS and has no dynamic memory allocation (malloc), flat memory
map (no paging), etc.

Porting the Xen PCI frontend driver would force me to implement a lot
of stuff that I don't actually require.
