Dear Pasi,

Could you provide me with the links to the wiki (or official) pages for 
detailed instructions on compiling Xen 4.0.1-rc6 hypervisor and Xen 
pv-ops dom0 kernel 2.6.32.19? I need VGA passthrough as well.

I have been away from the Xen community since December 2009 and I need a 
little refreshment.
