Found strange behavior of new linux kernel:

This is definitively not an block device error: linux-3.0.2 works fine 
on same VM on same block device and no external signs of block device 
damage in dom0.

I do think something was broken between linux-3.0 and linux-3.1 (and 
now, before rc2 become an stable 3.1 it shall be fixed).

Tested on XCP1.0 (xen3.3, blktap, backend is lvmoiscsi SR).
