Just FYI, this is a system with an Intel Mainboard (H87 chipset) and a Core i5-4670 CPU.

It is still saying the same.  irq 29 should already be in-service at the LAPIC (because it is present on the PEOI stack), but isn't, and we subsequently get reinterrupted with it, causing the assertion to fail.
