* [PATCH] x86: favor function parameter over global in construct_dom0()

There's no reason to use the "hardware_domain" variable anywhere here,
making the code more cumbersome to read.

x86: favor function parameter over global in construct_dom0()

There's no reason to use the "hardware_domain" variable anywhere here,
