If I put it simply , can (X being a vcpu)
x {soft affinity pcpus} Intersect x { hard affinity pcpu} -> be Null or
disjoint set ?
and
x{runnable pcpu} intersect (x{hard affinity pcpu} union x{soft affinity
pcpu} ) -> be null or disjoint ??
