git clone http://xenbits.xensource.com/git-http/qemu-xen-unstable.git
Works for me.

If your firewall lets through git protocol then you can try editing
Config.mk and uncomment the QEMU_REMOTE=3Dgit://... Line and comment out the
QEMU_REMOTE=3Dhttp://... Line and see if that works for you.
