I've just tagged 4.1.0-rc8 in
http://xenbits.xen.org/staging/xen-4.1-testing.hg

This fixes a scheduler bug which could cause the hypervisor to randomly fail
to boot on some systems. The plan now is to release 4.1.0 with no further
modifications this Friday, assuming no more blocking bugs are discovered.
