May I know who is leading/implementing XOAR ideas and Dom0 disaggregation?

I believe the XCP/xapi developers are looking into implementing it.  You
could also look at Qubes OS, which uses a lot of similar ideas in a
desktop setting.

I am interested in working with the implementation of XOAR. Is there are
place to start (wiki/roadmap) etc. ?
