Birin said on IRC he found a copy of the PDFs in the backup. I will try 
to find the sources.

Sorry I forgot to follow-up on this thread. Ian could you upload the 2 
pdfs sent by birin ([1]) to the following URL: 
http://xenbits.xen.org/acpi-tables?

I will then request a change on the ACPI webpage [2] and will look at 
upstreaming the source of the PDFs in xen.git.
