Hi all
This series makes CONFIG_PV work.
Booting a hypervisor with PVH Dom0 works.
Due to an issue in Xen implementation, XTF tests cause hypervisor to crash (seen
on staging as well). But with a local patch to work around the issue,
all XTF HVM tests passed.
