commit 1c240f1bfed56a459a9cde5100b12bfca4275f26
Author: Andrew Cooper <andrew.cooper3@citrix.com>
Date: Tue Oct 8 11:06:48 2013 +0200

VT-d: fix suspected data race condition in iommu_set_root_entry()

    Coverity ID: 1054967

Coverity spotted that iommu->root_maddr was optionally allocated within the
protection of the iommu->lock, but was referenced with the protection of the
iommu->register_lock, and freed without any lock.

Luckily, the code as-is is not vulnerable to the potential risks identified.

However, the alloc_pgtable_maddr() is far more appropriately done in
iommu_alloc(), removing a set of spinlock calls, and a possibility for the
iommu setup to fail later than iommu_alloc() with an -ENOMEM.

This timed out doing the git clone on the "army" cluster which it's been
doing periodically since the armhf kernel-build was added. It may just
be that army is too slow.

Now that marilith has managed to get through the host-install phase I've
added purpose-build to its flags so it should start getting used. This
machine is a lot faster.

I didn't remove army yet, will wait for a successful build on marilith.

There's been a few passes of both build-armhf and build-armhf-pvops on
marilith-n5. I think we should now unbless army for builds.

We should also add marilith-n4 to the set, ISTR you saying this wasn't
as trivial as all that (some sort of clone marilith-n5 into -n4 needed?)
plus I think there is a commissioning phase which needs to happen (e.g.
to make sure all the pxe stuff is correct...)
