remus: remove dead code and unused modules
remove unused modules (profile, tapdisk, vdi) and
unused thread classes/qdisc classes from the python code
base.

remus: move makeheader from image.py to vm.py
makeheader is the only function used from image.py. Move it
to vm.py and remove image.py file.
