I pulled  PV guest dom U kernel from
Konrad's xen.git in git://
git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/konrad/xen.git
pv/merge.2.6.33
and did
make menuconfig
make
make modules_install install. And below is the output I pasted.
