 i want to build hxen for windows, help me.
  
 use mingw on windows.

I don't think anyone is currently working on hxen. If you're just an
end user, better use something else.
If you want to try anyway, I suggest you look at your gcc
installation, cause it's failing at a basic command:

Was the file replaced by an incorrect shell script, perhaps?
