This will necessarily mean we'll forget to update one or the other :/
It's bound to happen.
librsvg is Rust-based IIRC, so that adds up A LOT of build time to
generate the buildtools tarball.
For my company's user manual, we use rsvg-convert (which seems to be
coming from librsvg :) ).
