If it can help, there is a documentation/template/template.svg in yocto-doc= s from which you can base your diagrams on. As Gyorgy said, if you are able to export the draw.io diagram in a proper S= VG that we can edit with Inkscape, it would be ok as long as you can somewhat match= the Yocto Project template.
