[PATCH 0/9] Updates for the 5.0 release

[Paul Eggleton]

Updates for the 5.0 release on top of master-next, including release
notes and migration guide, as well as adjustments for the rest of the
documentation. I think we are still missing a few changes but
unfortunately I've run out of time. Thanks to all who added content
ahead of me though!

Everything all right here, though all these project names caused me to 
submit a way of highlighting the project names, to distinguish them from 
command names and common words. See

[PATCH 6/9] dev-manual: update custom distribution section

[Paul Eggleton]

In keeping with the addition of the motd message pointing out that
the poky DISTRO is a reference distribution, adjust the opening of the
Creating Your Own Distribution section to match. Additionally, add a
section on the end pointing out what users need to consider if they just
take a copy of the poky distribution and modify it.

Looks good to me, though I replaced "``poky``" by "Poky" (when referring 
to the distro name, not the string) to be consistent with the rest of 
the documentation.
