hi all,

does anyone know if its possible to select the patch-o-matic modules
automatically (e.g by a file / list) rather then executign ./runme extra and
doing it interactively ?

for example sth. like ./runme extra h323-patch ....

..according to the README, you're supposed to be able to extract 
any and all of the patches.
