Hey
getting this errors while trying to activate a LVM partition
vgscan -- ERROR pv_read_pe(): PV size invalid checking existence of volume group "site"
vgchange -- ERROR "pv_read_pe(): PV size invalid" reading lvmtab data of volume group "site"

did your partition layout change or is your root FS full?
