Hello All,
What multimedia codecs are implemented in OMAP2430 IVA2.1 subsystem? Can an OpenMAX IL developer make use of these Multimedia codecs implemented in hardware directly ( to make use of the hardware acceleration for enhanced multimedia applications ) by writing OpenMAX IL components?
Any inputs on this would be highly appreciated.

Please ask TI FAE for software codecs on IVA2.1. TI sometimes have
internally developed codecs on DSPs and IVA, and they also deal with
3rd party multimedia codecs company which comes under the ASP program
and helps you to find codecs as per your requirement.
I heard that Aricent has good portfolio on IVA based codecs.
