Just try the command you mentioned and got the same error:

[root@Apolo ~]# svn co svn://svn.sv.gnu.org/grub/trunk/grub2 
svn: Can't connect to host 'svn.sv.gnu.org': Connection timed out
[root@Apolo ~]#

Sorry, perhaps I'm doing something wrong... I' have already stop iptables...

svn co svn://svn.sv.gnu.org/grub/trunk/grub2
