www.netfilter.org

you are looking  RPM to install
http://mymirror.asiaosc.org/redhat/fedora/core/2/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/

You can find them at: http://rpmfind.net
The version is 1.2.9, so is not the last version of iptables.
But have in mind that the userspace tools and the kernel must
be patched with the same patch-o-matic or the system won't work
as expected.
