Ippersonality (http://ippersonality.sourceforge.net) stop the development in
2002 and has only for kernel 2.4.18.
Someone know other tool about it ?

Well, I did maintain it for a while. I plan to come back once
I have more time. The problem is that netfilter has changed quite
a bit since 2.4.18.

You might want to look at: http://www.synacklabs.net/projects/morph/
I never got it to work, for I already had newer kernel, and didn't want
to move back.
Also if anyone has information on such projects, but for the 2.6
kernel... :) it would be nice.
