I would need if there is a way to boot from the SD2 on iMX53 processor
instead of SD1 (default).
Any hint?

This is off topic on this list as it is not related to meta-fsl-arm.
Anyway, you could check "Table 7-15. ESDHC Boot eFUSE Descriptions"
from the mx53 reference manual.
